Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service on miow44. By accessing or using the miow44 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Access to and use of the miow44 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
2.2 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
2.3 miow44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe stipulated will result in the suspension of the Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
2.4 miow44 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be returned to the verified payment source after deducting any applicable processing fees.
2.5 It is the sole responsibility of parents and guardians to prevent minors from accessing the miow44 Platform. miow44 recommends the use of parental control software on devices accessible to minors.
3.1 To access Real Money Play on miow44, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on miow44. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or connected accounts by the same individual constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. miow44 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify miow44 immediately via live chat or the support email if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
3.5 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Account credits to any third party.
4.1 miow44 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Bank transfer, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 All deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of your Account pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC verification requires submission of a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposit. KYC is a one-time process; subsequent withdrawals are subject to ongoing transaction monitoring.
4.4 miow44 aims to process withdrawal requests for verified accounts on the same business day. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification requirements. miow44 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
4.5 miow44 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which are displayed within the Account dashboard and may be revised from time to time.
5.1 miow44 may offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives to registered Users from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be disclosed at the time the promotion is offered.
5.2 Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
5.3 miow44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and to void bonus-derived winnings if miow44 determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a bonus has been claimed or used in abuse of the promotion's intent, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or employing betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 Bonus Funds credited in error must be reported to the miow44 support team and are not available for withdrawal. miow44 reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus amounts.
6.1 All games available on the miow44 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.
6.2 All RNG-based games on miow44 use certified random number generation technology, independently tested to ensure unpredictability and fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
6.3 miow44 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that has been placed as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or obvious pricing error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account.
6.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records held by miow44's gaming system shall be the definitive reference point. Users may escalate unresolved disputes to the miow44 support team, with further escalation available through the licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the miow44 Platform:
miow44 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account engaged in prohibited conduct and to withhold and forfeit all balances in such an Account pending investigation.
8.1 All content on the miow44 Platform, including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game interfaces, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of miow44 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without miow44's prior written consent.
9.1 The miow44 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, miow44 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
9.2 miow44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or any technical interruptions.
9.3 miow44's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits miow44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10.1 miow44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides registered Users with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account settings dashboard:
10.2 Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation. During an active self-exclusion period, miow44 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded User from opening a new account. Any winnings accumulated during a period of active self-exclusion may be voided in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.

11.1 miow44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, regulatory requirements, or operational necessity.
11.2 You may close your Account at any time by contacting the miow44 support team via live chat. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
11.3 In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms by the User, miow44 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any Account balance pending full investigation and resolution.
12.1 miow44 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where practicable.
12.2 Your continued use of the miow44 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of the miow44 operating licence.
13.2 For the avoidance of doubt, it is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the miow44 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. miow44 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.
